Elevate are regularly commissioned to undertake Lift Consultant duties for lift and escalator performance reviews and tuning audits.

• Audited reliability issues on drives and display screens and advised on solutions.
• Audited spares needed to ensure essential spares were on hand for fast fix.
• Audited the traffic profile and load weighing of the lifts so that they could be tuned to optimum levels for improved passenger traffic flow.
• Traffic modelling to advise on the most appropriate transfer levels.
• Advised on the use on new enhanced despatching techniques such as Destination Control.
