At Elevate Consulting Ltd we use a monitoring device on all major lift projects. This system allows us to offer the following additional innovative services.

A new lift, once complete, often has niggling faults in the first days of use which can be of great annoyance to the building's users. Elevate Consulting can programme the lift system to run constantly over a 24 hour period making a normal 7 day running period happen in 3 days. The unit is monitored over the 3 days and corrective action taken on any faults to minimise the risk of failure when put in service.

Elevate Consulting offer a service of providing monitoring reports.

This allows us to monitor the lift performance and responsiveness of the lift maintenance company.

Example reports:

• Lift available time
• Number of failures
• Number of trap-ins
• Response time to failure
• Maintenance frequency
