All Design projects are provided with AutoCAD drawings detailing lift requirements, builders work requirements and associated electrical and mechanical works.
Elevate have developed a 3D design tool which provides a near photographic image of how the final lift car enclosure or escalator will look. Elevate Consulting are unique in our ability to provide these 3D lift and escalator design facilities.

Elevate Consulting Ltd has the ability to install a lift monitoring system which will track the performance of each individual lift over the total period of its’ life. When installed, this facility enables us to monitor the performance of each individual lift on a regular basis and to resolve any small performance or reliability issues before they become serious equipment problems which affect the client’s business.
It is the responsibility of any building owner, user or service provider to take reasonable steps to ensure that buildings are accessible to all disabled groups under the requirements of The Equality Act 2010. Elevate Consulting Ltd takes a practical approach to this issue by undertaking an access audit of buildings. Elevate Consulting have developed a risk assessment and rating approach which allows us to fully assess the deficiencies of each building and gives us an access rating. Based upon this access rating Elevate Consulting can prioritise any necessary improvements and give practical advice on how to best comply with the term 'reasonable steps'.
BREEAM Credits are available for the installation of energy efficient lifts and escalators. It is possible to achieve two BREEAM Credits and Elevate will initially conduct an traffic analysis of the building's lifts and escalators to determine the optimum number of lifts and escalators, the size of lifts and a review of the most suitable drives required on the basis of anticipated passenger demand. Other features that offer the greatest potential energy saving will be reviewed for each project.
